To further expand our business with customers in Spain, we aim to strengthen our team with an experienced Android Software Engineer specializing in the automotive domain. Your responsibilities: * You develop Android software in Java and Kotlin based on the Android SDK for in-vehicle infotainment systems. * You design and implement flexible software architectures as well as interface specifications for internal and external software components. * You ensure software quality through the implementation of unit tests and continuous integration. * You work on-site with customers to clarify technical questions and test the software directly in vehicles. * You work on development projects following Scrum or SAFe. Required qualifications: * Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a STEM field, or a comparable discipline. * Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming in Java. * Solid experience in development using AOSP and app development. * Demonstrable experience in Clean Code development, e.g., applying SOLID principles. * Proficiency in Linux environments, build tools, and Git, Jira, and Confluence. * Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. Desired qualifications: * Knowledge of Kotlin. * Experience with Android Automotive. * Background in automotive software development.
