Collaboration with the Senior BIM Drafter and Technical Office **Job Description** ABANTE Technical Management is hiring a **Junior BIM Modeler** to support the team in developing models and technical documentation for industrialized modular construction projects. We are looking for a candidate interested in professional growth within the BIM environment and capable of working collaboratively in a team. **Main Responsibilities** * BIM modeling (Revit) of construction elements and modules. * Preparation of workshop and assembly drawings. * Collaboration with the Senior BIM Drafter and Technical Office. * Maintenance of BIM libraries and templates. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Building Projects or Technical Architecture. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Revit** and design software. * Minimum 1 year of BIM experience is desirable. **Valued Competencies** * Technical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to learn. * Collaborative work and organizational skills. **Conditions** * Immediate start. * Permanent contract or professional development contract. * Location: **Seville** (Technical Office).
