We are looking for an administrative professional with experience to manage the daily operations of Polo IRIS. Your role will be essential in ensuring the space runs smoothly and that both users and visitors receive excellent service. It is important that you are proactive, capable of solving problems, and able to demonstrate initiative in meeting all office needs. Your responsibilities will include ongoing supervision of the condition of rooms, common areas, and equipment at Polo IRIS. You will also handle event logistics and activities, as well as coordinate and follow up on incident reports. You will provide direct user support regarding access, mail services, visitor registration, document filing, and both in-person and telephone assistance. Additionally, you will assist in communication tasks by creating simple graphic materials, posting on social media, and coordinating with external providers. For this position, we require a higher vocational qualification in Administration, Executive Assistance or related fields, or in Audiovisual Projects, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience in administration, audiovisual project management, and operational management of spaces and events will be valued positively. Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Illustrator, basic social media management, and familiarity with technological environments and innovation will be considered a plus. A B1 level in Basque and English will also be advantageous.

Tourist Guide

We need guides for a tourist center in Pamplona to accompany groups through the site and provide explanations, as well as handle entrance and shop duties. The center receives over 45,000 visitors annually and operates seasonally from late February until mid-November (except during San Fermín). Guided tours are conducted daily with one or two guides leading four tours per day, plus additional pre-booked group visits. There are also one or two support staff members responsible for information, ticket sales, shop assistance, etc., working alongside the guides. We attach further details about the position. * Requirements: Guides fluent in French and English. * Initial training period working as support staff. * Salary ranging between 1100 and 1700 euros depending on schedules. * Pleasant work environment and flexibility, as shift and day exchanges are possible due to a large team. * Immediate start required. Advanced English and French are essential, as the majority of visitors are international.
