The role focuses on the assembly and installation of metal structures, a fundamental function within industrial production processes. Daily activities involve interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, and performing assembly tasks using a variety of tools. The position requires competent handling of both manual and electric tools—including drills and screwdrivers—to perform screwing, adjustment, and fastening operations. Responsibilities also include basic maintenance of the work area and tools, ensuring they remain in optimal and safe condition for use. Work is conducted following strict industrial safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for the entire team. This role is integral to completing construction and manufacturing projects, often performed as part of an assembly team. Candidates are expected to demonstrate initiative, ability to follow instructions, and adaptability to work across different assembly stages. The environment is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring stamina and coordination to handle metallic materials and components of varying sizes and weights—directly contributing to final product quality. The offered contract is temporary, with possible renewal subject to performance and company needs. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, organized in rotating shifts to efficiently cover production requirements. A competitive salary is provided in accordance with the metal sector collective agreement. Full and immediate availability for starting the position is required, and owning a personal vehicle or residing in Marcilla is mandatory. At least three months of prior experience in similar roles—such as metalworker operator or within the construction sector—is required. Demonstrated manual dexterity and proficiency in using both electric and manual tools are essential, along with practical knowledge of screwing, drilling, and adjustment operations. Experience as an assembly assistant is considered an advantage. Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) is mandatory.
