**Your future team**
By joining our team, you will become part of the production department, reporting to a shift supervisor, who in turn reports to the Production Manager. Production operates across five teams, following a continuous 6\-4 process: two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, two night shifts, and four days off — all year round, 365 days per year. The department’s mission is to ensure product industrialization through waste management and optimization of our natural resources, with safety as the top priority.
**About the position**
As a production machine operator, your responsibilities will include operating production machinery, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, boxing, and sleeving of various products as defined in the product specification. You will verify that machinery operates within established safety, quality, and performance parameters and perform first-level maintenance.
You will ensure adherence to and implementation of the 5S methodology, as well as compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. You will have the opportunity to identify and report potential improvements to your workstation and actively contribute to achieving plant objectives.
**Requirements**
We are looking for candidates with **a minimum of vocational training at intermediate or advanced level and at least three years’ experience in a similar role within an industrial environment**. Candidates must hold a **forklift license and training in working at heights and with lifting equipment**. Candidates must be **willing to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends**.
