Opportunity to innovate and improve products within a winning culture **About the Role** You will perform core logistics tasks primarily related to pallet management between the Converting unit and the warehouse (NIO). If this sounds like you, we would love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Essity’s safety regulations. * Ensure proper inspection of product pallets before entering the IDC. * Collaborate on product loading and goods management in warehouses. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during operations, communicating any incidents detected. * Maintain effective communication during shift handovers (previous and next shifts). * Maintain and optimize order and cleanliness in your work area. * Work in accordance with personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Education level: Technical training is preferred. * Proven experience as a Logistics Operator, including goods loading and unloading. * Experience operating forklifts, supported by valid certification (UNE standard). * Integrity and trustworthiness in peer relationships. * Time management skills. **What We Offer** * Five-shift work schedule, 5th shift. * Integration into the plant’s integrated logistics team. * Private health insurance fully covered by the company.
