Additionally, direct assistance is provided to guests regarding hotel operations, and local tourist recommendations are offered. Duties include reservation management, guest stay billing, telephone support, and resolution of any questions or issues that may arise during the guest stay. Previous experience in the hospitality industry and a good level of English—both spoken and written—are required for this position. Proficiency with computers and familiarity with property management systems are essential. The contract is permanent\-intermittent, with full-time rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
