Optical assistant position in Gijón (Asturias). Responsibilities include in-person and telephone customer service, providing advice on optical products, assisting with the purchasing process, delivering and fitting eyeglass frames, managing orders and tracking their status, supporting receipt and restocking of products, performing basic administrative tasks, and maintaining store organization and visual presentation. Minimum prior experience in a similar role is required. Preference will be given to candidates with vocational training (FPGS) in Optics, Commerce, or Marketing, as well as strong communication skills, customer orientation, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in office software. This is a temporary contract lasting between 3 and 6 months, with a part-time schedule of 24 hours per week and flexible working hours. Salary complies with the sector's collective agreement.
