This position focuses on basic operations and support within an industrial production environment. Key responsibilities include handling and operating various equipment and tools essential to the manufacturing process. This includes using specific machinery such as presses, shears, cutting machines, and drills, ensuring all operations comply with the company's established safety and quality procedures. The person in this role will be a key element in the workflow, directly contributing to production line efficiency. A critical part of the job involves continuously supplying the production line. The operator will be responsible for feeding workstations with necessary raw materials—such as steel, aluminum, and iron—ensuring no interruptions occur in the manufacturing process. This requires constant attention to material inventory levels and effective coordination with other team members and internal logistics. Maintaining a steady flow of materials is crucial to meeting daily and weekly production targets. In addition to operational tasks, the role requires commitment to basic workplace maintenance and adherence to safety regulations. The industrial environment demands constant vigilance to identify potential hazards and ensure all activities take place in an orderly and safe space. The ability to follow instructions precisely, work methodically, and adapt to changing production demands are valuable attributes for success in this position—which is fundamental to the plant’s overall operation. Working hours are full-time from Monday to Friday, with occasional rotational shifts covering morning, afternoon, or night schedules according to production needs. A compulsory secondary education diploma is required, along with at least two years of verifiable experience in a similar operator role within the industrial sector, operating relevant machinery.
