Opportunity to work with senior professionals in continuous improvement We offer a full-time Process Engineer position in Carcastillo, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00, and Friday, 8:00–14:00. The primary responsibility is to design, integrate, and improve manufacturing processes and systems under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will also participate in developing new methods, support the implementation of production systems, and contribute to PPAP and First-Time-Through (FTF) measurements—all aimed at ensuring efficiency, quality, and competitiveness. **Daily responsibilities include:** supporting process, method, and manufacturing equipment design and improvement; collaborating on engineering solutions and feasibility testing; assisting in creating technical standards and specifications; performing inspections under supervision; analyzing data to support decision-making; identifying process improvements; collaborating on projects; maintaining strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers; and complying with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Professional Experience:** 3–5 years of experience **Education:** Industrial Engineering or equivalent Ability to analyze data, design processes, and propose improvements. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior professionals. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Interest in advanced technologies and continuous improvement.
