




We are seeking a professional to provide essential care to resident individuals, strictly following the care plans defined by the healthcare team. This involves closely monitoring any changes in their health status and immediately reporting them to nursing or medical staff. The role includes meticulous documentation of incidents and care administered during the shift. It also entails supervising and distributing medications to residents, as well as fostering a welcoming and family-like environment for both residents and their relatives. Assistance will be provided to maintain order and hygiene in residents’ personal belongings, and collaboration in post-mortem care will be carried out if necessary. The professional will be part of the team organizing and implementing recreational and wellness activities for residents, adapting to the center’s needs to improve their quality of life. **Professional experience:** Less than one year **Education:** Vocational Training Certificate (TGM) in Nursing Assistant Care and/or Care for Dependent Persons; Vocational Training Certificate (CP2) in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions and/or Exceptional Authorization
