**Join the TIGLOO team as a Junior Data Engineer!** We are currently seeking a **Junior Data Engineer** to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting one of our clients at their offices in Pamplona, participating in the analysis, processing, and visualization of data within the Business Intelligence (BI) domain, contributing to generating reliable information for strategic and operational decision-making. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Collaborate in executing the BI strategy, following guidelines defined by the senior team and aligned with business objectives. * Manage BI projects across all phases (requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, and support), working alongside more senior profiles. * Ensure data quality, availability, integrity, and security for analysis and reporting. * Design and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable data models and ETL workflows. * Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, encouraging intelligent use of information across all areas. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, finance, operations, sales) to identify needs and improvement opportunities. **What do we offer?** * Full-time indefinite-term contract on a high-potential project within a dynamic and growing environment. * Competitive compensation package tailored to your experience. * Commitment to work-life balance through flexible working policies and remote work options. * Continuous training and a personalized professional development plan aligned with your goals. We’re waiting for you! **What do we consider essential?** * **Minimum education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with a clear focus on data analysis and management. * Minimum of **2 years of relevant experience**. * Analytical thinking, strategic vision, and results orientation, with commitment to data quality and continuous improvement. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Technical environment:** * BI and visualization: Power BI, interactive dashboards, and dynamic reports. * **Databases and modeling:** SQL; other technologies are a plus. * **Cloud and programming:** Python. * **Data governance:** Data quality, access control, and metadata management.
