The position is within the West/Europe/Global business unit. You will work in a high-performance team alongside colleagues who are always striving to reach the next level. You will report to the *Reliability Supervisor*. Be prepared for significant interaction with internal stakeholders of higher responsibility. Delivering *results* will be your top priority. You will constantly seek improvement activities within the business unit. **In summary, you will be responsible for:** * Maintenance and improvement of company machinery and facilities, as well as assembly of equipment and new installations. * Executing preventive maintenance plans on company equipment and facilities according to applicable company standards. * Lubrication of plant equipment, critical routes for proper equipment operation, and participation in preventive and predictive maintenance activities. * Providing and analyzing improvement ideas and solutions in plans to facilitate preventive maintenance, in the shortest time possible and at the lowest cost, without compromising safety and quality. * Supporting the plant's preventive maintenance lead in defining and optimizing planned maintenance plans. * Participating in various factory improvement teams. * Providing training support when necessary, both to other technicians and plant operators. * Supporting the plant's corrective maintenance team when required. **Skills** * Education: Higher Vocational Training in Mechatronics or similar field. * Knowledge of electro-electronic devices (PLCs, HMIs, low-voltage electrical equipment, instrumentation, AC motors, servo motors, frequency drives). * Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components. * Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and components. * Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic documentation and diagrams. * Operation and maintenance of electronically controlled machinery. * Proficiency with computer tools at user level (Microsoft Office suite, web browsers, etc.). The following knowledge will be positively considered: + Aseptic filling machines (preferably Tetra Pak). + Industrial refrigeration machinery. + Industrial packaging machinery. + SAP + Experience and knowledge in predictive maintenance will be valued.
