You will work in a high-performance team alongside colleagues who always strive to reach the next level. You will report to the *Site Manager*. Be prepared for significant interaction with key internal stakeholders. Delivering *results* will be your top priority. You will constantly seek improvement activities within the business unit. **In summary, you will be responsible for:** * Responsible for designing the reliability plan (preventive, predictive, and CBM) for the utilities and facilities area, establishing any necessary containment measures to ensure compliance. * Ensure the execution of required corrective actions in the utilities area. * Responsible for designing and executing the building corrective action plan. * Responsible for managing maintenance and utilities budgets and purchases. * Responsible for managing maintenance spare parts inventory. * Responsible for coordinating industrial safety-related activities and inspections. * Collaborate on engineering projects related to the facilities/utilities area. * Produce periodic reports and documentation as required by management. * Ensure the daily operation of the facilities area, establishing any necessary containment measures. * Responsible for executing 5S and AM plans according to established standards, including but not limited to FSQ, ORM, and centerlining. * Promote the identification and communication of improvement ideas within your team. * Participate in the design of potential improvements. * Ensure necessary RCAs are conducted according to established triggers. * Ensure team members receive appropriate training. * Ensure completion of CWs for utilities and buildings. **Skills** * Education: Industrial Engineering or similar, preferably with specialization in energy or a master's degree. * Work Experience: 2 years of experience in facility maintenance within an industrial environment (preferably in the food industry). * Languages: English Location(s) Alfaro **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes****.
