A major **Multinational Industrial Group**, a leader in its field with its headquarters in Pamplona, is seeking to hire a professional for its Navarra plant to fill the position of: **INDUSTRIAL DIRECTOR, Ref.: 25086** Reports to and works closely with the Plant Management, forming part of the Management Committee, with the mission of implementing efficient management of industrial operations to ensure achievement of the plant’s industrial objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** · Ensure implementation of optimal management of the plant’s manufacturing operations. · Analyze current industrial processes and identify key improvement targets to optimize manufacturing efficiency. · Define and propose concrete plans and investments to management for introducing manufacturing improvements, facilitating change implementation to optimize the plant’s production, quality, and efficiency goals. · Coordinate and collaborate closely with all department heads and responsible parties, sharing plans and jointly executing planned changes to enable and facilitate smooth implementation. · Monitor implementation plans, ensuring internal support alongside Management, tracking results, remaining flexible without deviating from objectives, with the aim of establishing an optimal manufacturing management model and maximizing the return on effort and investment. · Participate in strategic planning through the Management Committee, applying a business-oriented perspective, supporting Management in its plans, and integrating the Group’s strategic objectives and specific action plans for the plant into daily management. **Requirements:** · Degree in Industrial Engineering. Additional training in Lean tools and industrial process improvement. · Solid experience in production processes and operational control, as well as Continuous Improvement.
