Description

This position focuses on performing welding tasks for metallic structures in industrial projects. The professional will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications, preparing the required parts and materials to carry out the necessary assemblies. This role demands precision and attention to detail to ensure the quality and strength of welded joints, complying with industry-established safety standards. Daily responsibilities include operating welding equipment, applying appropriate techniques based on the type of metal and material thickness, as well as conducting visual inspections to identify potential defects. Work will be carried out in coordination with other departments, such as design and quality assurance, ensuring that processes align with production goals and delivery deadlines. The work environment promotes continuous learning and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, providing the necessary tools and personal protective equipment. This role directly contributes to the development of final products that meet technical requirements and durability expectations in the industrial sector. The salary complies with the Navarra metalworkers’ collective bargaining agreement. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of rotating between morning and afternoon shifts. There is an option for permanent employment following an evaluation period. A compulsory secondary education qualification and a minimum of one year of verifiable experience in industrial welding tasks—specifically involving metals—is required. Immediate availability for commencement is essential, along with practical knowledge of welding techniques applied to structural components.
