NILSA, Navarra de Infraestructuras Locales, S.A., a public company of the Government of Navarra dedicated to wastewater treatment, urban waste management, and supporting water supply for municipalities in the Chartered Community of Navarra, requires hiring a person to temporarily fill this position at its **Tudela Centre**: **European Projects Technician – Ref.: 25101** Reporting to the Head of NILSA’s R&D&i Unit, the candidate will join NILSA’s Tudela Centre primarily to provide strategic support to the European project *EMERGENTcy* **(**https://www.poctefa.eu/proyectos/efa037\-01\-id\-/), assuming technical coordination responsibility for the project, stimulating and managing the participation and contributions of all partners, and guiding efforts and monitoring towards successful achievement of the project’s objectives. **Main Responsibilities and Functions** · Coordinate the *Interreg POCTEFA European Project EMERGENTcy*, managing and promoting partner participation. · Collaborate within the R&D&i Area at NILSA’s facilities in Tudela and at the Tudela Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). · Support the management of UNE EN ISO 56001. · Support the management of the analytical laboratory at the Tudela WWTP. · Pilot-scale and full-scale experimentation of tertiary wastewater treatment processes. **Requirements:** · **Master’s Degree in Sciences**: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific disciplines. · **Professional experience**: Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Research, Development and Innovation, having participated in **R&D&i projects**. · **Languages**: English proficiency at **C1 level**. · **Valid driving licence** and **personal vehicle**, required to access the Tudela workplace (located in an industrial estate with no public transport access). **Desirable qualifications:** \- Researcher qualification, PhD thesis. \- Knowledge of wastewater treatment. \- Experience in pilot plant facilities of any kind. \- Laboratory analysis expertise: chemical analyses. \- Experience in writing scientific articles and conference presentations; publication of scientific articles in high-impact journals. \- Proficiency in French and/or Basque. \- Knowledge and experience in drafting and managing technical-economic tender documents. \- Basic knowledge of tertiary treatment technologies (advanced oxidation processes, activated carbon, etc.). **Offered:** An interesting employment opportunity with a highly reputable entity in Navarra, covering a temporary position required by the Project **(until March 2027)**, while fully integrating into a highly skilled, committed team operating in a highly collaborative work environment.
