We are seeking an individual to join our team in Villafranca, specifically on the production line focused on the sterilization process of vegetable canned goods. Your role will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of the products delivered to our customers. Your responsibilities will include carrying out sterilization cycles according to established control points, ensuring the correct thermal treatment for each batch. You will also closely monitor the entire process, performing measurements and verifications to confirm compliance with specifications. Maintaining detailed records of your activities and reporting any incidents to the quality team will be essential. Experience operating autoclaves and similar machinery will be valued.
