**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a Senior **Offer Technical Leader (OTL)** for **Schneider Electric**, located in **Puente la Reina.** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Assume full technical responsibility for projects related to product development, leading multidisciplinary teams from requirements definition through industrialization and production launch. * Serve as the primary technical reference point for both customers and other teams. * Translate customer needs into product technical specifications and lead associated engineering activities. * Ensure technical alignment with Schneider Electric’s technology strategy. * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams involving diverse technical specialties. * Lead, plan, and design technical activities and reviews based on an AGILE methodology. * Lead technical risk analyses and define mitigation plans; ensure robust and reliable designs in accordance with "Design for System Reliability" (DfSR) methodologies. * Guarantee achievement of quality, cost, and schedule objectives throughout development. * Support other departments—for example, providing technical support to commercial, marketing, and customer service teams—collaborating with system architects, product managers, and other technical leaders to ensure a holistic offer vision, etc. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary package + Bonus and incentives according to company policy. * Hybrid work model. * Work in an international and multicultural environment. * Join a multinational industry-leading company strongly committed to technological innovation. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects within the engineering domain. * Career development plan within a global leader in energy management and automation. **What are we looking for in you?** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent). * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in technical leadership and project management roles for design or R\+D projects in industrial environments. * High level of English—English proficiency test will be conducted during the interview to assess ability to participate in international technical meetings and defend engineering decisions in English. * Knowledge of V\&V (Verification \& Validation), FMEA, DfSR, and reliability methodologies is highly desirable. * Required competencies: Strong leadership capability for working with cross-functional teams; high adaptability to change; Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments.
