DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **Full Stack MERN Developer** to participate in the development and evolution of web applications within a **leading international financial services company**. The selected candidate will work in a product-oriented environment using **React, Node.js, and MongoDB**, and will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle: design and architecture, development of new features, creation of REST APIs, testing, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of applications. This is a role with direct impact on the quality and stability of the product, aimed at professionals who demonstrate autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and particular attention to writing clean, robust, and maintainable code. REQUIREMENTS ### **Responsibilities** * Develop robust web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB. * Participate in application design and architecture. * Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements. * Ensure timely delivery of features. * Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews. * Maintain and evolve existing applications. * Resolve incidents and optimize performance. * Participate in deployments across different environments. * Manage and review logs and operational processes. * Stay updated on web development trends. * Share technical knowledge with the team. ### **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * 4–5 years of experience in web application development. * Solid experience with **React**. * Solid experience with **Node.js**. * Experience with **MongoDB**. * Experience working with non-relational databases. * Experience in developing and integrating **REST APIs**. * Proficiency with version control systems, especially **Git**. * Prior experience developing proprietary products based on configuration standards. * Knowledge and experience in the software development lifecycle: * Deployments across different environments. * Application maintenance. * Log management and review. * Process review. * Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code. * Experience in application testing and debugging. * English level **B2 (upper)**, sufficient to understand technical documentation.
