· Lead advanced support for Netcracker Billing & Rating platforms.

· Drive resolution of complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.

· Ensure continuous availability and accuracy of billing services.

· Manages data, inventory, and documentation in the production area.

· Advanced Excel usage (pivot tables, formulas, reports).

· Attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data.

· Support complex integration patterns using TIBCO and Node.js microservices.

· Manage API surface area with TIBCO Mashery for secure access.

· Build and maintain high-throughput, event-driven architectures with Kafka.
