Handles and coordinates report preparation and ensures timely submission. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Provides analytical support to leadership on matters related to financial activities, decision-making, and general projects. \~ Assists senior colleagues across the organization in delivering analyses to support business planning, forecasting, and cross-organizational alignment. \~ Contributes to the preparation of analyses and reports to enable the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans by providing accurate data and insights. \~ Supports the preparation of reports presenting key facts and figures. \~ Supports the preparation of written proposals for projects, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Provides administrative support for the monthly BPA closing process and business unit management reporting packages. \~ Supports country-level or PE-level BPA projects. \~ Reports technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (where appropriate) Key Performance Indicators \~ Ensures internal customer satisfaction with the quality, relevance, and timeliness of financial analyses. \~ Reliability and accuracy of all reported figures.
