A company focused on building a better future for those who will live in it. ***And speaking of the future — shall we talk about yours?*** **JOB DESCRIPTION** At **Molins Cement**, we produce efficient clinkers enabling the manufacturing and commercialization of Portland products. We distribute white Portland cement produced at our plant in Tunisia and contribute to the production of calcium aluminate cement under the Electroland and Aluminite brands. The **Quality Technician** ensures the proper functioning of both technical and human resources in the laboratory to enhance the reliability of its test results. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following are key responsibilities: * Validate verifications and calibrations of laboratory equipment and associated test results. * Evaluate and develop new analytical methods and/or laboratory equipment. * Work on the laboratory’s continuous improvement regarding procedures and equipment. * Collaborate with the Customer Technical Support Manager to define and conduct tests supporting customers. * Define calibration types and frequencies. * Coordinate product innovation tests requested by customers. * Support management to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Liaise with and supervise external parties involved in the analysis of certain materials. * Participate with the Procurement Department in supplier selection. * Develop chemical analysis procedures, physical testing protocols, calibration instructions, and control plans. * Collaborate in resolving non-conformities and implementing corrective or preventive actions within systems. * Conduct internal audits assigned according to the annual audit plan. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive working environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Ongoing company-provided training. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Subsidized cafeteria, Wellbeing Program (online Yoga/Pilates/HIIT classes, mental health support), Pension Plan, School Allowance, Flexible Working Hours, Flexible Compensation, Life and Accident Insurance, Supplementary Life Insurance, Hybrid Work Schedule.
