We are Cono Consultores, a consultancy specialized in the wine industry, and we are looking to expand our team by hiring a: **RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST** The ideal candidate is highly motivated to build a professional career in recruitment and capable of identifying talent from diverse sectors—especially the wine industry. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews (telephone and in-person). * Preparing professional reports and presenting candidates to clients. * Providing ongoing client advisory services based on market realities and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Analyzing HR department-related data. * Creating and updating databases. **Requirements:** * Academic background related to the field: Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, or similar. * Minimum two years’ experience performing recruitment tasks. * Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding client service orientation. * Residence in Logroño or surrounding areas. **Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing project. * Annual gross salary: 22\.000€. * Working hours: 9:00 \- 14:00
