We are seeking to incorporate a professional with at least 1 year of experience in billing and accounting who wishes to grow professionally within a stable environment offering development opportunities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accounting and processing of invoices (both from suppliers and customers). * Comprehensive management of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. * Handling and resolution of billing-related incidents, both internal and external. * Maintaining smooth and efficient relationships with suppliers, managing inquiries and resolving discrepancies. * Filing, organizing, and managing all documentation related to the billing department, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. * Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and ensure proper financial management. * Supporting general accounting tasks as required by the department. * Participating in the continuous improvement of billing procedures and tools. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, specifically in billing and accounting. * Solid knowledge of billing and basic accounting processes. * Advanced proficiency in office software, especially Microsoft Excel. * Communication skills and experience dealing with suppliers. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and rigor in following procedures. * Proactivity and dynamism. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of accounting management software or ERP systems. * Professional or university education in Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Experience in the horticultural sector
