




Job Summary: A professional with experience in RPG development on IBM i (AS/400) environments to operate, optimize, and modernize systems, manage DB2 for i databases, and migrate to modern architectures using stored procedures and web services. Access to continuous training platforms and soft skills development We are seeking a professional with experience in RPG application development and maintenance on IBM i (AS/400) environments. You will be responsible for system operation and optimization, as well as participating in system modernization—including migration of existing processes to more current architectures using technologies such as stored procedures and web services. You will also manage databases, designing and administering physical and logical file structures using DB2 for i commands. Experience handling XML and JSON data, and connecting to APIs and Web Services, is highly valued. The working environment is IBM Power9 i7.5, and strong SQL proficiency is required. Proven experience of at least 5 years in RPG IV, ILE, and SQLRPGLE development on IBM i (AS/400) environments. Familiarity with source code control tools such as ARCAD or Remain Software. Technical Engineering degree.
