Maintenance Manager

Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for machinery and facilities in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). The goal is to ensure production continuity, workplace safety, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the maintenance team, planning preventive maintenance using the PRISMA system, coordinating repairs to minimize impact on production, and supervising safety and regulatory compliance. Additional duties involve supplier management, procurement, expense control, quality, environmental management, and waste handling, as well as budget preparation and optimization of machinery processes and parameters. Candidates must hold a degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related field, or have at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience managing teams, advanced Office skills, and advanced CPR certification are also required. A gross annual salary of €30,000 to €38,000, working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and an indefinite-term contract or an employment promotion contract for persons with disabilities are offered.
