Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the quality of components and materials purchased by Zennio, validating that each supplier guarantees quality at source through a proven and controlled process, thereby ensuring agreed-upon quality and minimizing supply chain incidents. **Job Requirements** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical/engineering field. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of supplier quality management and control, conducting audits, incident management, analysis of non-conformance costs, and component inspection/qualification. **Here’s a brief overview of your day-to-day responsibilities…** * Analyze and quantify non-conformance costs attributable to suppliers, prepare required reports, and validate their closure. * Develop and validate the supplier approval system. Conduct qualification evaluations for new suppliers and periodic re-approvals of the approved supplier panel, applying established criteria and documenting results via the corresponding technical report. * Analyze incidents and develop performance classifications determining the level of control applied to each supplier. * Validate the proper performance of both new and existing suppliers by implementing and monitoring quality tools. Monitor the supplier audit plan and verify that committed corrective actions are implemented and effective. * Provide necessary technical support for the incoming material audit system. * Prepare and validate team and associated process documentation in accordance with the document management system. * Define and verify specific acceptance criteria for semi-assembled units (PCBAs): test coverage, batch traceability, and regulatory compliance—prior to component approval. **Why work at ZENNIO?** Annual fixed + variable compensation.
