Reporting to the Customer and System Quality Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and tracking customer and system quality incidents, as well as preparing documentation and conducting internal audits of the quality management system — ensuring root causes are integrated into the quality system and control plans, and that the system remains certified, operational, and up to date, incorporating the customer’s voice across the organization. **Job Requirements** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical/engineering field. * Prior experience in a similar role for at least 2 years. * Knowledge of nonconformance and customer return (RMA) management, root cause analysis, internal quality audits, maintenance of management systems according to ISO standards, and calibration of measurement equipment. **Here’s a summary of your day-to-day responsibilities…** * Analyze and track nonconformities and corrective actions related to the system, as well as customer returns (RMA), until closure — assigning responsibilities and validating progress and effectiveness of actions. * Analyze failures using problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, PDCA) and advise Process & Product Quality and Supplier Quality teams on identified root causes, ensuring their integration into control plans and FMEA. * Develop and analyze customer, system, and environmental KPIs, reporting results. * Analyze and define quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and customer-specific standards; advise the product development team during new product launches on historical failure patterns for integration into FMEA. * Develop and validate the process map and document management system (procedures, instructions, records), controlling versions and withdrawing obsolete documents. * Advise on corporate environmental management and promote staff training and awareness. * Carry out the annual internal audit program, developing audit plans, reporting findings, and validating closure of nonconformities (NCs) and resulting corrective actions. * Advise teams on interpreting requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable product directives; prepare environmental documentation and certification renewal documentation for certification bodies. * Maintain the inventory of measurement and test equipment and verify execution of calibrations per the defined schedule. **Why work at ZENNIO?** Annual fixed + variable compensation.
