If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are looking for a Collective Catering Cook to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. Responsibilities: Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Proven experience in hospitality, collective catering, restaurant services, or related fields. 1–2 years of relevant experience is valued. Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills. Team-oriented mindset. Flexible availability. ### **Offered** Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday according to roster.
