The selected candidate will possess a strong Full Stack background and deep expertise in backend development using Java—particularly with technologies such as Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate. Additionally, they must have experience technically leading frontend development using modern frameworks. Key responsibilities include: * Defining and evolving the technical architecture of solutions. * Participating in technological decision-making and architectural governance. * Designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. * Ensuring software quality through best practices, automation, and tools such as SonarQube, JUnit, and Jenkins. * Analyzing and resolving highly complex technical challenges. * Mentoring and supporting other team members while promoting sound development practices. * Actively contributing to code, combining architectural vision with strong hands-on orientation. We seek a technically proficient profile with strong analytical capability, sound judgment for decision-making, and experience working on complex and diverse projects.
