**Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are seeking to hire a **Contract Manager** for our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities**: The Contract Manager must oversee all stages of the contract lifecycle—from creation through execution, compliance, renewal, or termination—as this process is essential to the company (regarding agreements with customers, suppliers, employees, or partners), focusing on maximizing contractual value while minimizing risks. Among other activities, the role will involve: * Contract creation: + Advising the Legal Department on defining contractual terms and conditions to develop standardized contract policies and templates, ensuring they remain up to date with applicable regulations and statutory requirements. * Contract review, negotiation, and implementation: + Developing contractual strategies aligned with project and organizational objectives. + Identifying, assessing, and mitigating contractual risks between parties, including implementing strategies to minimize potential financial or legal impacts. * Contract execution: + Ensuring all involved parties comply with obligations stipulated in the contract. + Participating in strategic meetings with internal and external teams to analyze progress, risks, and contractual solutions. + Preparing periodic reports on contractual performance and associated risks, when required. + Monitoring adherence to contractual milestones and deadlines, alerting stakeholders to possible delays and ensuring timely corrective actions. + Monitoring compliance with contractual terms and timelines; tracking execution schedule adherence. + Managing modifications, claims, extensions, or renegotiations, if necessary. + Analyzing and interpreting contracts—with special attention to clauses and conditions—to better align them with the company’s interests. + Managing contractual risks in collaboration with the Legal team. + Acting as intermediary between the parties and the company to resolve any conflicts that may arise during contract execution. + Managing contractual communications and supporting documentation (records, documentary evidence, etc.). * Contract closure: + Training and upskilling project teams on contractual matters, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. + Ensuring fulfillment of all obligations upon contract closure. **Requirements**: * Minimum five years’ prior experience in similar roles and positions. * English proficiency: very high. * Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 is highly desirable. AI tools. * Strong communication skills, work organization, and sound planning ability. * Education: University degree, technical qualification, or legal background.
