At Grupo Marco, we are continuously growing and currently need to incorporate a Construction Site Manager into our Building Division. Madrid **Main responsibilities include:** * Planning and organizing the workflow and operational procedures on site. * Organizing workspaces, maneuvering areas, loading/unloading zones, and site access points. * Monitoring and supervising construction execution. * Organizing and managing various work teams; assigning tasks to operatives. * Ensuring compliance with the occupational health and safety plan and applicable risk prevention regulations. * Managing construction materials, equipment, and machinery. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in building projects. What will you find if you join us?
