Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** **Job Description** MISSION Efficiently manage accounts payable, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and facilitating accurate and transparent financial support processes for the organization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring correct accounting and tax classification according to service or product type, and guaranteeing alignment with local and international regulations. 2. Categorize invoices based on items, taxes, and specific activities—for example, assigning services to predefined categories. 3. Manage supplier payments, including scheduling and executing transfers, with special attention to agreed deadlines and contractual terms. 4. Prepare financial and tax reports, respond to internal and external audits, and generate reports on taxes, withholdings, and executed transactions. 5. Oversee the integration and communication of information systems related to accounts payable, including interfaces between internal and external systems—such as with the Tax Agency. 6. Resolve invoice-related complaints by collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to clarify discrepancies and ensure efficient problem resolution. 7. Ensure compliance with specific tax and fiscal regulations—particularly at the national level (Spain) and in other countries where the company operates—managing applicable withholdings and taxes. 8. Provide support for related accounting tasks, such as account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial records. 9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing workflow optimizations related to invoice processing, payments, and reporting. 10.
