Optimize developer experience in the Developer Portal Developer API CONNECT IBM API Connect v10 API Developer (Remote) We are seeking an API Architect with extensive experience in IBM API Connect v10 to lead the design, implementation, and governance of API architectures in a banking-sector environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and reusable solutions, while also guaranteeing an excellent experience for consumers via the Developer Portal. Responsibilities Design, implement, and govern API architectures. Define standards, best practices, and the API governance model. Manage the full API lifecycle (versioning, publishing, catalog). Ensure scalability, security, and reusability of services. Configure and administer the IBM API Connect platform. Design and optimize the developer experience in the Developer Portal. Collaborate with technical teams in microservices and distributed architecture environments. Mandatory Technical Requirements IBM API Connect v10 \+3 years of experience working with IBM API Connect (preferably version v10\). Experience in platform installation, configuration, and administration. **Knowledge of components:** API Manager DataPower Gateway Developer Portal Analytics API Architecture **Experience designing architectures based on:** API\-led connectivity Microservices Event\-driven architectures (desirable) Definition of API standards and governance. API lifecycle management, versioning, and cataloging. Security **Implementation of:** OAuth 2\.0 / OpenID Connect JWT TLS / mTLS Definition of security policies in DataPower. API Development API design using OpenAPI (Swagger). Creation of proxies and assemblies. Desirable Experience in the banking or financial sector.
