**REQUIREMENTS:** * Specific knowledge of the product and production process. * Ability to work in a team, proactively and with problem-solving skills. * Flexibility and capacity for management and adaptation to change. * Commitment to the organization and its environment. * Leadership of people and team development. * Residence in the province of Castellón. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and organize the personnel in their section together with the Production Manager. * Supervise compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures. * Ensure proper operation of machinery and production resources. * Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure correct product identification and labeling. * Communicate and coordinate production planning with the various involved departments. * Manage fruit allocation and ensure supply to production lines. * Ensure continuity of the production process to meet order deadlines and requirements. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and food safety in their work area. **OFFERED:** * Contract: Permanent. * Working hours: Split shift from Monday to Saturday. * Salary: As per collective agreement \+ bonuses. **Send your CV to: cv@frutinter.com** Work location: On-site employment
