Joining SETEMAR means becoming part of a solid, growing organization committed to excellence, innovation, and people development. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ We are seeking a **Maritime Container (Reefer) Refrigeration Technician** to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of refrigeration equipment, ensuring proper cold chain operation in maritime transport. If industrial refrigeration excites you, if you enjoy solving technical faults, and if you wish to build your career within a dynamic and specialized environment, we would like to meet you. **Main responsibilities** ------------------------- * Conduct **PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection)** on refrigerated containers. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on Reefer equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and refrigeration faults. * Interpret electrical and refrigeration schematics. * Replace and adjust components such as compressors, sensors, valves, fans, and electronic controllers. * Handle refrigerant gases in compliance with current regulations. * Use manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and software. * Prepare technical maintenance and incident reports. * Comply with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. **Requirements** -------------- * Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations, Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, or similar. * Fluorinated Gas Handling Certificate. * Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, electricity, and electronics. * Experience in refrigeration equipment maintenance.
