This is a strategic role with direct impact on business performance and product future. Your mission will be to lead the technical development of new products, ensuring their industrial viability, market alignment, and quality excellence. You will serve as the liaison between the laboratory, design, marketing, production, and quality departments. **What will you do daily?** * Lead a technical team and coordinate new product developments. * Research and develop new techniques and raw materials, focusing on sustainability and market trends. * Manage end-to-end model development: testing, technical documentation, data sheets, and regulatory certifications. * Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to transform creativity into industrially viable products, and work with suppliers to identify innovative technical solutions. Here, execution is not enough—you propose, improve, and anticipate. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Vocational Training (CFGS) in Ceramics or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in ceramic product development. * Solid knowledge of the ceramic production process—especially for small formats—as well as experience in developing ceramic profiles. * Proficiency in Photoshop applied to product development.
