Professional development and growth within the company **Description:** ---------------- At eXperience IT Solutions, a leading provider of IT services and high-technology-value projects, we are expanding our development teams and looking to hire 2 Java Technical Analysts to assume a technical leadership role within our development groups. We seek candidates with a solid Java technical background, primarily focused on backend development, who can provide technical judgment, support the team, and actively contribute to technical decision-making in medium- and large-scale projects. Experience in public-sector projects will be especially valued. ***Responsibilities*** * Technical leadership of Java development teams. * Analysis, design, and development of technical solutions. * Technical support and mentoring for team developers. * Participation in architectural decisions and best practices. * Collaboration with other technical and management teams. * Primarily backend development, with potential involvement in frontend or full-stack work depending on the project. ***What We Offer*** * Permanent, indefinite-term contract. * High-impact, long-term technology projects. * Remote work options, with proximity to Madrid or Seville. * A collaborative environment with established technical teams. * Professional development and growth within the company. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree or Bachelor's in Computer Science (or equivalent qualifications). * Solid experience in Java development. * Ability to assume technical leadership within development teams. * Primarily backend profile (full-stack experience is desirable). * Availability to work with teams located in Madrid or Seville. ***Desirable Qualifications*** * Prior experience in public-sector projects. * Experience as a technical analyst or team technical reference. * Knowledge of enterprise architectures and software development best practices.
