Description

* Renovations for homeowners' associations, hotels, and industrial buildings (partition walls, flooring, sidewalks, tiling, door installation, plastering, drywall, bathrooms, painting, leveling, etc.) * Facade repairs and rehabilitation. * Roof and covering repair, waterproofing, and cleaning. * Social Security registration contract. * Salary according to the Madrid Construction Collective Agreement. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\. * Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. * Two weeks of summer vacation \+ one week of winter vacation \+ one week distributed throughout the year for long weekends. * Company van, tools, and materials. * Friendly and family-like work environment. * Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a skilled tradesperson. * 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course. * Driver's license (not mandatory). * Serious, responsible, professional, and courteous individual.
