What would your responsibilities be? * **Manage the client relationship**, analyze monthly client profitability, and manage changes. * **Service monitoring**. Coordinate the Service Managers team responsible for ensuring service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, managing and monitoring execution of required activities. * **Management and coordination of the assigned team**, including task planning and assignment to team members. * **High-level planning and management of the project across all aspects**, and decision-making aligned with project objectives. * **Project budget management.** **Requirements** * University degree or equivalent (preferably in technical disciplines such as Computer Engineering). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent role. * English level B2 or equivalent. * Management of project scope, work teams, and involved organizations. * Risk and resource management. * Requirements gathering, planning, execution, control, and quality assurance of projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * In-depth knowledge of payment methods. + Acquiring. + Familiarity with schemes. + Payment methods: - Card-present / eCommerce - Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) - Transfers, Bizum, instant payments + Authorization, clearing, and settlement. + Familiarity with the following technologies: - Payment terminals (face-to-face / card-not-present / SoftPOS / Android) - Payment APIs and gateways - Tokenization - Contactless / NFC payments - Recurring and one-click payments * Knowledge of payment-method-related regulations (PCI\-DSS, PDA\-DSS, PSD2\). **Additional Information** We offer: * Permanent contract * Hybrid working model * Career development plan: an attractive professional career path based on experience and personal potential * Training in technological competencies * Flexible compensation * Flexible working hours
