Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Technical Office Technician with experience in HVAC systems for the design, installation, and maintenance of efficient thermal systems. Key Highlights: 1. Design and/or consultancy for troubleshooting **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting a **TECHNICAL OFFICE TECHNICIAN**, with experience in the HVAC sector, for a company with over 25 years of industry experience, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and heating systems. They provide efficient thermal solutions for residential communities and tertiary buildings, such as educational centers, hotels, and other collective facilities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Participation in technical solutions with clients. * Coordination with field technicians performing preventive maintenance. * Planning and assignment of work orders. * Monitoring and resolution of facility incidents. * Cost control. * Compliance with technical and legal requirements for installations (maintenance certificates). * Design and/or consultancy for troubleshooting, depending on candidate’s experience. **THE COMPANY OFFERS:** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Remuneration: Approximately **€35,000 gross per year**, depending on experience. **Requirements:** --------------- * Over 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Preferred qualification: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Thermal Installations in Buildings. If this qualification is not held, but the candidate holds RITE certification or other industrial training, it may also be considered. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). * Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues. * Proactive and organized individual.
