Our early specialization and consistent commitment to adopting technological advancements have made us an internationally recognized company for the talent, quality, and innovation demonstrated in each of our projects. ***We design today the data centers of the future.*** We are now seeking further growth and therefore present you with our next opening in our Digital Department. **What will your responsibilities be?** After receiving the task list from the Design Manager and addressing tasks according to project standards, you must plan and identify modeling issues, assess their impact on project scheduling, and report findings to the Project Manager. Additionally, your daily work will include creating and developing the BIM model based on information and documents provided by the design team, building families and various components comprising the models. You will also generate and issue project documentation from the model \[drawings], including legends, construction details, and 2D schematics for each individual installation discipline. All this will be achieved through proper coordination with other BIM team members to ensure model and project documentation consistency; guaranteeing quality and resolving assigned clash issues. **How will you do it?** You will join a team composed of professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and varied experiences—enabling you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. Additionally, we offer a Development Program focused on mentoring core functions, enabling you to independently perform your duties and lead your projects in the short-to-medium term. **What do you need to fit this role?** * Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling roles, specifically in disciplines such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Telecommunications, etc. * Ability to interpret schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and installation diagrams. * Experience generating and issuing architectural drawings from the model. * Training courses and certification programs in BIM software. * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit modeling software. * Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc. * Ability to create and develop BIM models in accordance with established standards and guidelines. * Understanding of technical and construction aspects of projects.
