We seek a proactive professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a firm commitment to operational excellence and environmental protection. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive HSE Supervision:** Lead and supervise Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities during the construction execution phase of the plant. * **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) Management:** Effectively implement and manage the site-specific ORP plan for construction works, ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry best practices. * **Construction Progress Monitoring:** Actively participate in construction progress meetings, providing relevant information on HSE performance and proposing corrective or preventive actions. * **Environmental Management:** Develop and implement environmental management plans to minimize the environmental impact of construction activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Eosol Group’s sustainability policies. * **Safety Inductions:** Deliver safety and health inductions to workers from contractor companies accessing the site, ensuring they understand and comply with established safety procedures. * **Inspections and Audits:** Conduct periodic safety and health inspections and walkthroughs across the site, identifying potential hazards and proposing control measures. Audit compliance with HSE procedures. * **Activity Coordination:** Coordinate activities among different teams and contractors on-site to ensure safe and efficient operations, minimizing interference and risks. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation, prepare periodic reports on the status of safety, health, and environment, and communicate findings to project management. **Essential Requirements:** * **Specialized Education:** University degree or vocational training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** At least 8 years of demonstrable professional experience performing similar duties as an HSE Supervisor on construction sites and/or industrial environments. * **Environmental Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of environmental management, regulations, and best practices; practical experience preferred. * **Industrial Experience:** Prior experience managing HSE in industrial plants, large-scale facilities, or complex construction projects. * **Languages:** Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written, for communication with international teams and consultation of technical documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Additional certifications in HSE, environmental management, or auditing. * Familiarity with HSE management tools and risk analysis software. * Experience in emergency management and contingency planning.
