We are responsible for the conception, development, and construction of power plants and their components, covering both conventional technologies such as combined cycles, biomass, etc., as well as new renewable and future technologies such as offshore wind, green hydrogen, dispatchability, circular economy, and sustainability. Currently, we want to expand our team with an Engineer/Programmer - AI Applications for Engineering. More specifically, you will be responsible for driving, proposing, designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions based on **Artificial Intelligence** for engineering calculations in disciplines such as structures, processes, and energy, as well as developing applications in **BIM**, **digital twins**, and advanced simulation environments. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into conventional and renewable energy plant projects. **What you will do:** You will be responsible for the proposal, development, and supervision of Artificial Intelligence applications related to the engineering of Power Plants and Energy and Oil&Gas networks; including the development of Big Data, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, generative design, optimization, and Cloud Computing applications applied to: * All types of engineering calculations and specifications in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Chemical and Thermodynamic Processes, Civil Works and Structures, and Piping of Power Plants (conventional and renewable generation and storage), circular economy, Oil\&Gas, and industrial facilities in general * Procurement, subcontracting, logistics, construction, and commissioning activities for energy facilities * Industrial BIM environments that include the creation of intelligent 3D models, 2D drawings and schematics, document management, all types of databases, diagrams, simulators, and digital twins Additionally: * You will drive the identification of needs, definition, and launch of new AI applications related to power plant and industrial engineering and new technologies (green economy); including outreach talks, idea generation, and coordination and detailed formulation of use cases. * You will be responsible for searching and implementing new commercial AI software tools applicable to engineering, design, and construction activities. Technological monitoring and analysis of possible interfaces. * You will coordinate and standardize AI methodologies across offices in different countries (mainly Brazil and Mexico). **What we expect from you:** * A degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial, Telecommunications, Energy) or similar, with a Master's in Artificial Intelligence. A degree/master's in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Computational Engineering would also be valuable. * Knowledge of industrial processes and the energy or oil\&gas sector. * Advanced level of English (B2 or higher).
