Main responsibilities include preparing doner and kebab, as well as slicing thin meat sheets for shawarma (the vertical roasted meat block). At least one year of experience in kebab cuisine is required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Working days are from Wednesday to Sunday, in two shifts: 13:00–17:00 and 20:00–24:00\. Salary complies with the Cantabria hospitality collective agreement. This position is located in Piélagos and forms part of a regular kitchen team.
