A workplace based on equality and respect **Description:** ---------------- At Coviran, we are looking for **FORKLIFT OPERATORS** for our logistics center in **SANTANDER**! If you are seeking a DYNAMIC job with a POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE and ROTATING SHIFTS from Monday to Friday, this could be your opportunity! **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Carry out goods location, replenishment, maintenance, picking area care, and expiry date control processes. * Maintain technical equipment in optimal working condition at all times. * Report any incidents detected to intermediate supervisors and the platform manager. * Safely locate and place goods. * Participate in inventory processes. * Place activity-generated waste into their corresponding containers. * Operate reach trucks and pallet jacks. **SCHEDULE AND WORKING HOURS** * Temporary contract (to cover vacations), full-time (40 hours per week). * Monday to Friday (weekends off!). * Afternoon shifts: Monday to Thursday, 14:00–22:00; Friday, 10:00–18:00 — no split shifts! * Special summer shift in July and August (Sunday, 06:00–14:00; Monday to Thursday, 14:00–22:00\) — Fridays and Saturdays off! **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Temporary contract. * Immediate incorporation. * A close-knit, committed team that works cooperatively and responsibly. * A workplace grounded in equal opportunities, mutual respect, and service orientation. * Flexible compensation via the Cobee App (private health insurance, childcare, transportation, cafeteria, and training). * Get paid whenever you want via Payflow. * Discounts and benefits across hundreds of brands. **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?** * Strong motivation to work and learn. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * An organized individual with a steady work pace. * Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Friday.
