Odoo Functional Consultant

Additionally, we offer continuous training, certifications, and an environment where your contribution will be essential to our mission of business digitalization. ### **Position Purpose** The Odoo Functional Consultant will be the key link between clients and the technical team, ensuring implemented solutions meet business requirements and generate tangible value. The main objective is to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using Odoo as the primary tool. ### **Responsibilities** * Analysis and Consulting: * + Gather and analyze functional and non-functional client requirements. + Propose customized solutions based on Odoo, aligned with industry best practices. * Implementation and Configuration: * + Configure Odoo modules according to client needs. + Perform functional testing and ensure delivery quality. * Training and Support: * + Train end-users in the use of Odoo. + Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues. * Collaboration and Documentation: * + Assess functional requirements and support the project manager in their duties. + Act as an intermediary between the client and the technical team. + Create and maintain functional documentation to ensure project continuity. ### **Required Competencies and Skills** * Analytical skills to identify and solve business problems. * Communication and teamwork skills to interact with clients and internal teams. * Proactivity and autonomy to manage tasks and prioritize activities. * Basic knowledge of accounting and business processes. ### **Experience and Education** * 2\-3 years of experience in implementing or using Odoo. * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience with other ERPs and knowledge of Spanish tax and accounting regulations is valued. * Minimum English level B2\. * Knowledge of Basque (Euskera) is valued. #### **We work with our own methodology** Based on agile methodologies, we have developed our own methodology to deliver better results to our clients. #### **We work in teams** At QUBIQ, we form project teams to implement Odoo for our clients. #### **Continuous Training** We offer continuous internal and external training for personal and professional growth. ### **What We Offer?** ### **Career Plan** Growth opportunities not only through certifications and tenure but also through knowledge specialization. ### **Team Building** ##### **Leisure activities with colleagues, both during and outside working hours.** ### **Training** A dedicated department to train employees and enhance our professionalism.
