The ACR profile, reporting to the Branch Manager, will handle administrative management and provide commercial support to the Branch Director and Network Managers. Key responsibilities of the Administrative Customer Service Officer at the Santander Branch: Provide telephone and in-person service to customers and intermediaries. Address customer and intermediary inquiries and incidents via phone or face-to-face interaction. Answer intermediary questions and assist them in preparing quotations, issuing policies, and using the AIRE software system, thereby providing efficient commercial support to the network. Respond to emails to ensure high-quality service to customers and colleagues. Carry out administrative tasks related to policy transfer requests between intermediaries to prevent incidents. Perform administrative tasks related to processing returned bank receipts from direct-management banks, including contacting customers to avoid policy cancellation and ensure receipt collection. Receive mail and courier deliveries in the supervisor’s absence to support branch administrative operations. Monitor office supplies and notify the designated colleague responsible for placing orders to support center operational management. Inform intermediaries about commercial campaign plans to provide effective support. Address daily incidents arising from both intermediaries and customers to deliver effective solutions.
