Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary Warehouse Coordinator to manage and supervise warehouse operations, customer service, and transportation management. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end transportation management * Temporary position * Full-time * 39478, Boo de Piélagos, Santander, Spain LA ESPECIALISTA Distribuidora de sistemas constructivos y materiales de acondicionamiento interior is a distributor of drywall systems and interior finishing materials, including partition walls, furring channels, and continuous ceilings; thermal, acoustic, and industrial insulation; mineral fiber suspended ceilings, metal ceilings, wooden ceilings, acoustic clouds and baffles, wood chip ceilings; ceiling framing and accessories; passive fire protection systems; SATE systems and façade claddings; hardware and tools for specialist installers. We are looking to temporarily hire a Warehouse Coordinator to cover a replacement role requiring prior experience in warehousing and logistics, with a focus on planning and organization. Reporting to the Commercial Delegate, responsibilities include: * Customer service via phone and in person (advisory support, stock inquiries, delivery timelines, etc.). * Entering purchase orders and receipts into the ERP system. * Warehouse management and supervision (placing purchase orders, stock control including maximum/minimum levels, stock adjustments, obsolete items, inventories, incident management, etc.). * Organization and supervision of cleaning, sorting, labeling, etc. * Transportation management: managing freight agencies, arranging transport, tracking availability, processing invoices, reporting to headquarters... Minimum Requirements: * Relevant education or training preferred (logistics control, warehouse management, stock control, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP modules for sales, warehouse, and logistics is desirable. * Availability to work split shifts Monday through Friday. * Valid forklift operator license and experience operating front-end loaders is mandatory.
